Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t simply outsource our logistics to third-parties. At SP, logistics are handled in-house by our own experts. Operating from an impressive 100,000 sq. ft. purpose-built facility adjacent to our manufacturing facility in Redditch, St Ives Logistics provides world-class logistics and fulfilment services that set us apart in the print market.
We have also implemented Red Prairie, the world’s leading RF-based logistics IT system, which offers outstanding on-line ordering, stock management and reporting facilities, exceeding even the most demanding customer expectations. This is supported by an in-house courier fleet that caters for every fulfilment and logistics requirement.
On completion of production work, orders are picked, packed and assembled at our secure facilities across the UK before being dispatched. We can accommodate complex packing requirements on any order and deliver directly to any destination - same day if required. To illustrate the range of our services, of necessity, we have reproduced customers' registered and unregistered trade marks and representations of their brands. The rights that our customers have in their respective trade marks and brands are fully acknowledged.
