They become fully integrated with their customer's business from an early stage. They work and train with the customer and are targeted and motivated to achieve process improvements wherever possible. Moreover, they report on cost savings and performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs on a monthly basis.

Working closely with these account teams, our dedicated production teams ensure continuity on projects. They make it their business to get to know customers and their particular preferences – how they wish their brand to be viewed, what this means to production values, what customer processes are critical and may affect how the customer service team operates and so forth. Employing over 400 people, our 210,000 sq. ft. purpose-built production facilities at Redditch offer screen print, digital print, logistics and on-line services. State-of-the-art pre-press facilities also ensure quality and consistency on every job.

Our 44,000 sq.ft. sheet-fed litho facility in Birmingham employs over 100 people and boasts pre-press facilities second to none. While our 58,000 sq.ft. Burnley facility specialises in large format litho production and is equipped with advanced workflow tools to ensure jobs are processed quickly and accurately.

We also have the best managed picking, packing and logistics facilities in the UK. Our finishing services include digital CAD cutting, die cutting, large format guillotining, laminating/encapsulating, cutting/creasing, in-line gluing, mounting and hand finishing.
